IMAGE USAGE RIGHTS

Please note that all model, product and logo images available on the Image Database (the “images”) are available to L’Oréal Professionnel customer salon owners, employees and agents only.

You may use the images for the following uses only:

(i) In-salon materials (such as client loyalty cards, service menu cards, brochures, catalogues, leaflets etc.)

(ii) For press advertising of your L'Oréal Professionnel salon and its services (but not on any press material that sells or advertises products)

(iii) In-salon fixed point of sale material (e.g. posters or show cards)

(iv) On your L'Oréal Professionnel salon website + social media

You are not allowed to use these images in conjunction with any form of advertising on TV, outdoor advertising materials or third party websites which you do not own.

Each of the model images has an expiry date (the “Expiry Date”). It is illegal for you to use any of the model images after their respective Expiry Date.

If you decide to use the images you must credit the images to L’Oréal Professionnel and include a link back to the L’Oréal Professionnel website.

OLAPIC GALLERY

We may make available on this Site a space, powered by Olapic, Inc. (“Olapic”) dedicated to user content, such as for example text, photos, videos, etc. (“User Content”).  Where you upload User Content to our site, or respond to our request to use User Content you have already posted to social media with #[Yes L’Oréal Paris], you agree to our #[Yes L’Oréal Paris] Olapic terms and conditions.

We do not endorse or control the User Content transmitted or posted on the Site and therefore, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, legality or quality of User Content.  The Olapic gallery may include content from consumers from outside of the UK and Ireland.  We make no representations that results depicted are achievable, as content may have been altered by users. 

You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable to you.  Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any User Content, including, without limitation, for any errors or omissions in any User Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as a result of the use of any User Content transmitted, uploaded, posted, e-mailed or otherwise made available via the Site.

(iv) any deletions, additions, insertions, or alterations to, or any unauthorised use of, the Website by you; or

(v) any misrepresentation or breach of representation or warranty made by you contained herein.

References in this section of the Terms to your use of the Website shall be deemed to include any use by a third party where such a third party accesses the Website using your computer.

You agree to pay L'Oréal, its employees, representatives, and agents any and all costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) awarded against any of them or otherwise incurred by any of them in connection with or arising from any such third party claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such third party claim.

TERMINATION

Either you or L'Oréal may terminate these terms with or without cause at any time. If L'Oréal terminates these terms, L'Oréal will email you at the address you provide on registration, and you will be deemed to have received it within one hour of transmission. Termination will be effective at that time. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your email address. You may terminate by sending an email to [email protected] On termination you shall destroy all Content, and copies thereof, obtained from the website.

CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE

You accept that L'Oréal has the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of the Website at any time at L'Oréal's sole discretion. You further accept that such changes may result in your being unable to access the website.

WAIVER

No waiver by L'Oréal of any breach of any obligation arising under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other breach and no failure to exercise or partial exercise by L'Oréal of any remedy shall constitute a waiver of the right subsequently to exercise that or any other remedy.

1. The guarantee is applicable to UK, Channel Islands & Republic of Ireland residents only aged 18 or over, with the exception of L'Oréal group or VCG The PromoRisk People Limited employees, their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected to the guarantee promotion.

2. If you are not satisfied with the results of the L’Oréal Professionnel Steampod white retail tool (hereon the “Product” ) and are not satisfied that it does what it claims on the pack within 4 weeks of purchase, L'Oréal Professionnel will refund you the actual price paid in accordance with these terms and conditions.

3. To obtain your refund for the Product you will need to:

a) complete your details on the form below which is also available to download and print Steampod Money Back Guarantee including a brief genuine explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the result, ensuring all fields are completed; and

b) enclose the original purchase receipt showing your purchase of the Product which must have been purchased from a participating professional salon stocking L'Oréal Professionnel; and

c) enclose the Promotional Product which must be in its original Product boxed packaging; and

d) enclose your proof of postage receipt, and send the tool to one of the addresses below (as applicable) within 4 weeks of the purchase date shown on your original purchase receipt and in any event on or before 1 August 2016:

4. Submissions must be received within 4 weeks of the purchase date on the original purchase receipt and in any event on or before 1 August 2016. Submissions received after this date will be rejected.

5. Submissions for refunds which do not comply with and include all 4 of the items listed in clause 3 above (including without limitation a fully completed form) will be rejected and any items sent will not be returned to you. Any postage of such items is at your own cost.

6. For the avoidance of doubt, any Product purchased outside of a participating professional L'Oréal Professionnel stockist salon will be rejected (all professional salons stocking L'Oréal Professionnel can be found via the L'Oréal Professionnel salon locator tool available at our Salon Locator).

7. Photocopies of any of the items required as detailed in clause 3 above will not be accepted and a form must be completed.

8. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. If your submission is successful, L'Oréal Professionnel will refund by cheque the actual purchase price paid for the Product as evidenced by the original purchase receipt provided.

9. For successful submissions only, L'Oréal Professionnel will also refund the cost of postage if you enclose a proof of postage receipt and use the Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class Stamp method of posting for a medium package. You will be refunded the cost of postage up to the value of (i) £8 for UK and Channel Islands residents or (ii) €15 for Republic of Ireland residents based on an equivalent method of posting. If you fail to include your proof of postage receipt, you will not be refunded your postage costs. If you use any other postage method than specified above, your refund for the cost of postage will be capped at the levels set out above.

10. If your submission is successful, L'Oréal Professionnel will be responsible for the postage cost of sending the refund cheque to you and will use reasonable endeavours to provide refunds within 28 days of receipt of the items listed in clause 3 above.

11. Only one refund is available per household and there is a limit of one Product per refund.

12. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

13. L'Oréal Professionnel reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

14. By submitting a refund request you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.

15. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.

WHOLESALE LOYALTY SCHEME TERMS & CONDITIONS

The L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme is valid and can be redeemed from 01.04.2014 – 31.12.2016 and is open to all UK and ROI professional hairdressers aged 18 or over. Photocopies, torn, defected or illegible leaflets will not be accepted. There is no cash substitute or alternative free product and no change will be given. Your personal information will not be passed on or used by any third parties, nor accessible to the L’Oréal Professionnel direct team.

1. The L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme is valid and can be redeemed from 01.04.2014 until 31.12.2016.

2. The L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme is open to all UK and ROI professional hairdressers purchasing L’Oréal Professionnel colour at a participating wholesaler, aged 18 or over excluding employees of L’Oréal (UK) Limited or anyone professionally connected with the loyalty scheme.

3. To be eligible for the L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme, customers must purchase at least one full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube from any included range (as set out in these Terms and Conditions). Stickers will only be rewarded upon the purchase of authentic L’Oréal Professionnel colour tubes including Majirel 50ml, Majiblond Ultra 50ml, Majirouge 50ml, Majirel Mix 50ml, Majicontrast 50ml, Majimèches 50ml, LuoColor 50ml, INOA ODS2 60g, INOA ODS2 Suprême 60g, DIA LIGHT 50ml and DIA RICHESSE 50ml.

4. Customers purchasing any full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) at a participating wholesaler from time to time, between 01.04.2014 – 31.12.2016, will be presented with a loyalty card entitling them to receive one free full size L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) for every 10 full size L’Oréal Professionnel colour tubes bought.

5. The loyalty cardholder will receive one sticker at the time of purchase for every full size L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube bought from the participating wholesaler.

6. This promotion is subject to the availability of the L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube of your choice. In circumstances where the free L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube is not available in the store, the loyalty card holder may be required to select an alternative L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube or to return to the participating wholesale store to collect their free L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube once it becomes available.

7. This loyalty card can be used in conjunction with other applicable offers and promotions at participating wholesalers.

8. 13. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or damaged loyalty cards. The loyalty card holder is responsible for the safekeeping of a loyalty card. If lost, the loyalty card holder will be issued with a new, blank loyalty card and any previous stickers accrued on the lost card will not be transferred.

14. The Promoter and the participating wholesaler reserve the right, without notice, to remove or disqualify any loyalty card holder, and/or corresponding loyalty cards, that they believe contravenes these Terms and Conditions.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to include or exclude participating wholesalers and/or specific stores at any given time, as participation is at the sole discretion of the relevant wholesaler or in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. 

16. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or cancel the loyalty scheme at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

TO THE WHOLESALER

1. To authorise a loyalty card redemption, when the loyalty card is completed with 10 authorised L’Oréal Professionnel stickers attached, it can be redeemed between 01.04.2014 until 31.12.2016 for one full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube including Majirel 50ml, Majiblond Ultra 50ml, Majirouge 50ml, Majirel Mix 50ml, Majicontrast 50ml, Majimèches 50ml, LuoColor 50ml, INOA ODS2 60g, INOA ODS2 Suprême 60g, DIA LIGHT 50ml and DIA RICHESSE 50ml.

2. For every authorised L’Oréal Professionnel sticker given out for every one full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube bought (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) should be initialled, signed and dated by the participating wholesale employee.

3.  Photocopies, torn, defected, illegible or incomplete cards will not be accepted.

4. There is no cash substitute or alternative free product and no change will be given.

5. Please ensure only applicable professional hairdressers (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) redeem completed loyalty cards. Every customer must present their trade card with each purchase and complete their full details in order to be eligible to collect stickers and redemption.

6. Completed loyalty leaflets will be collected by your L’Oréal Professionnel Account Manager.

7. The Promoter will reimburse the wholesaler with a quarterly credit for every redeemed tube on qualifying loyalty cards. This credit per tube will equal the terms value of a Majirel Core tube as set out in the wholesaler specific terms.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to reject reimbursement of requests by participating wholesalers of loyalty cards if it believes they have not been accepted in accordance with its Terms and Conditions and it is the onus of the participating wholesaler and their employees to verify the customer is eligible to collect and redeem in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

SERIOXYL LOYALTY CARD

1. The L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal (UK) Limited employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme.

2. Any salon customer purchasing selected full price Serioxyl products from a participating L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Stockist Salon will be eligible to receive a L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty card. The loyalty card will only be valid at the issuing salon whose name appears on the loyalty card.

3. The loyalty card holder will receive stamps on the loyalty card in accordance with the points value set out on the loyalty card where the Serioxyl products which class as qualifying purchases are also set out. Full priced qualifying Serioxyl products are:

Serioxyl Fuller Hair Kit for Natural Thinning Hair which includes:

• Shampoo 250ml

• Conditioner 250ml

• Mousse 125ml

• Serioxyl Denser Hair 90ml

• Serioxyl Thicker Hair 90ml

Please ask your issuing salon for details of qualifying purchases and points if you are not sure whether a product or product(s) you wish to purchase will qualify for a stamp, so you can be sure to be eligible for the rewards you expect. Multiple points can be earned in a single transaction.

4. Once the card holder has collected twelve stamps (dated by the professional hairdresser in your salon) they will be entitled to receive a reward, which will be chosen at the discretion of the individual salon and written by that salon on the loyalty card. Please ask your issuing salon for full details and any qualifications on the reward.

5. Only one loyalty card per person. Each participating salon has a limited supply of 500 loyalty cards. Loyalty cards are subject to availability, only available whilst stocks last and issued at the sole discretion of each participating salon. The L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme is open until a long stop end date of 31st December 2015 but the closing date is at the sole discretion of each participating salon that may stipulate an earlier closing date on the loyalty card. Any entitlement to any rewards earned during the L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme must be exercised within two months of receiving their last and qualifying stamp (and by the long stop closing date if it is earlier).

6. This  loyalty  card  can  be  used  in  conjunction  with  other  applicable  offers  and promotions at participating L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl stockist salons.

7. Photocopies, torn, defected, illegible or incomplete cards will not be accepted.

9. The Promoter and the participating L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl stockist salons reserve the right, without notice, to remove or disqualify any loyalty card holder, and/or corresponding loyalty cards, that they believe contravenes these Terms and Conditions.

10. There are no alternative free products or cash substitutes and no change will be given.

11. It is the on us of the participating L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl stockist salons and their employees to verify the customer is eligible to collect and redeem in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to make clear what the qualifying purchases are and what the eligible rewards are.

12. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The Promoters’ reserve the right to vary these  terms  and  conditions or cancel the L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond their reasonable control.

You agree to notify L'Oréal in writing promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of the Website by any party or of any claim that the Website or any of the contents of the Website infringes any copyright, trade mark, or other contractual, statutory or common law rights of any party.

LICENCE AND DOWNLOAD RIGHTS

You acquire no rights or licences in or to the Website and/or the Content other than the limited right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms and to download on the terms set out in this section. Other than as set out in this section you may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, upload to create derivative works from, transmit, or in any other way exploit any part of the Website. IMAGE USAGE RIGHTS 

Please note that all model, product and logo images available on the Image Database (the “images”) are available to L’Oréal Professionnel customer salon owners, employees and agents only. You may use the images for the following uses only: (i) In-salon materials (such as client loyalty cards, service menu cards, brochures, catalogues, leaflets etc.) (ii) For press advertising of your L'Oréal Professionnel salon and its services (but not on any press material that sells or advertises products) (iii) In-salon fixed point of sale material (e.g. posters or show cards) (iv) On your L'Oréal Professionnel salon website + social media You are not allowed to use these images in conjunction with any form of advertising on TV, outdoor advertising materials or third party websites which you do not own. Each of the model images has an expiry date (the “Expiry Date”). It is illegal for you to use any of the model images after their respective Expiry Date. If you decide to use the images you must credit the images to L’Oréal Professionnel and include a link back to the L’Oréal Professionnel website. 

NO WARRANTY

The Website and the Content are provided as is excluding any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law including (but not limited to) the exclusion of warranties of title, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. L'Oréal further accepts no responsibility or liability for functions contained on the Website and makes no warranties that the Website will operate uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

You acknowledge that your use of the Website, including the Content is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the Website, the Terms or any or the Content your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Website. Save in respect of fraud and of personal injury or death to the extent it results from L'Oréal's negligence, in no event will L'Oréal be liable to you or any third party for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, exemplary or lost profits, or any other damages of any kind whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if L'Oréal has been advised of the possibility thereof. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS 

The Website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where for any reason the publication or availability of the Website is prohibited. Those in respect of whom such prohibitions apply must not access the Website. L'Oréal does not represent that either the Website or the Content are appropriate for use or permitted by local laws in all jurisdictions. Those who access the Website do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws or regulations; legal advice should be sought in cases of doubt. 

INDEMNITY 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless each of L'Oréal, its employees, representatives and agents, from and against any claims, actions, demands or other proceedings brought against any of L'Oréal, its employees, representatives or agents, by a third party, to the extent that such claim, suit, action or other proceeding brought against L'Oréal, its employees, representatives, suppliers, or agents is based on or arises in connection with: 

(i) your use of the Website; 

(ii) any breach by you of the Terms; 

(iii) a claim that any use of the Website by you (aa) infringes any intellectual property rights of any third party, or any right of personality or publicity, or (bb) is libellous or defamatory, or otherwise results in injury or damage to any third party; 

(iv) any deletions, additions, insertions, or alterations to, or any unauthorised use of, the Website by you; or 

(v) any misrepresentation or breach of representation or warranty made by you contained herein. References in this section of the Terms to your use of the Website shall be deemed to include any use by a third party where such a third party accesses the Website using your computer. You agree to pay L'Oréal, its employees, representatives, and agents any and all costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) awarded against any of them or otherwise incurred by any of them in connection with or arising from any such third party claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such third party claim. 

TERMINATION 

Either you or L'Oréal may terminate these terms with or without cause at any time. If L'Oréal terminates these terms, L'Oréal will email you at the address you provide on registration, and you will be deemed to have received it within one hour of transmission. Termination will be effective at that time. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your email address. You may terminate by sending an email to [email protected] On termination you shall destroy all Content, and copies thereof, obtained from the website. 

CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE

You accept that L'Oréal has the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of the Website at any time at L'Oréal's sole discretion. You further accept that such changes may result in your being unable to access the website. 

WAIVER 

No waiver by L'Oréal of any breach of any obligation arising under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other breach and no failure to exercise or partial exercise by L'Oréal of any remedy shall constitute a waiver of the right subsequently to exercise that or any other remedy. 

L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL STEAMPOD RETAIL TOOL - MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

1. The guarantee is applicable to UK, Channel Islands & Republic of Ireland residents only aged 18 or over, with the exception of L'Oréal group or VCG The PromoRisk People Limited employees, their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected to the guarantee promotion. 

2. 3. To obtain your refund for the Product you will need to: a) complete your details on the form below which is also available to download and print here including a brief genuine explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the result, ensuring all fields are completed; and b) enclose the original purchase receipt showing your purchase of the Product which must have been purchased from a participating professional salon stocking L'Oréal Professionnel; and c) enclose the Promotional Product which must be in its original Product boxed packaging; and d) enclose your proof of postage receipt, and send the tool to one of the addresses below (as applicable) within 4 weeks of the purchase date shown on your original purchase receipt and in any event on or before 1 August 2016: For customers in England, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands, the 4 items listed above in this clause should be sent to: L'Oréal Professionnel, Steampod - Money-Back Guarantee, P.O. 5. Submissions for refunds which do not comply with and include all 4 of the items listed in clause 3 above (including without limitation a fully completed form) will be rejected and any items sent will not be returned to you. Any postage of such items is at your own cost.

7. Photocopies of any of the items required as detailed in clause 3 above will not be accepted and a form must be completed. 

8. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. If your submission is successful, L'Oréal Professionnel will refund by cheque the actual purchase price paid for the Product as evidenced by the original purchase receipt provided. 

9. For successful submissions only, L'Oréal Professionnel will also refund the cost of postage if you enclose a proof of postage receipt and use the Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class Stamp method of posting for a medium package. You will be refunded the cost of postage up to the value of (i) £8 for UK and Channel Islands residents or (ii) €15 for Republic of Ireland residents based on an equivalent method of posting. If you fail to include your proof of postage receipt, you will not be refunded your postage costs. If you use any other postage method than specified above, your refund for the cost of postage will be capped at the levels set out above. 

10. If your submission is successful, L'Oréal Professionnel will be responsible for the postage cost of sending the refund cheque to you and will use reasonable endeavours to provide refunds within 28 days of receipt of the items listed in clause 3 above. 

11. Only one refund is available per household and there is a limit of one Product per refund. 

12. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. 

13. L'Oréal Professionnel reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

3. To be eligible for the L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme, customers must purchase at least one full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube from any included range (as set out in these Terms and Conditions). 4. Customers purchasing any full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) at a participating wholesaler from time to time, between 01.04.2014 – 31.12.2016, will be presented with a loyalty card entitling them to receive one free full size L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) for every 10 full size L’Oréal Professionnel colour tubes bought. 

5. The loyalty cardholder will receive one sticker at the time of purchase for every full size L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube bought from the participating wholesaler.

13. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or damaged loyalty cards. The loyalty card holder is responsible for the safekeeping of a loyalty card. 1. 2. For every authorised L’Oréal Professionnel sticker given out for every one full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube bought (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) should be initialled, signed and dated by the participating wholesale employee. 

3. Photocopies, torn, defected, illegible or incomplete cards will not be accepted. 

4. There is no cash substitute or alternative free product and no change will be given. 

5. Please ensure only applicable professional hairdressers (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) redeem completed loyalty cards. Every customer must present their trade card with each purchase and complete their full details in order to be eligible to collect stickers and redemption. 

6. Completed loyalty leaflets will be collected by your L’Oréal Professionnel Account Manager. 

7. The Promoter will reimburse the wholesaler with a quarterly credit for every redeemed tube on qualifying loyalty cards. This credit per tube will equal the terms value of a Majirel Core tube as set out in the wholesaler specific terms. 

8. The Promoter reserves the right to reject reimbursement of requests by participating wholesalers of loyalty cards if it believes they have not been accepted in accordance with its Terms and Conditions and it is the onus of the participating wholesaler and their employees to verify the customer is eligible to collect and redeem in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

SERIOXYL LOYALTY CARD 

1. The L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal (UK) Limited employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme. 

2. Any salon customer purchasing selected full price Serioxyl products from a participating L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Stockist Salon will be eligible to receive a L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty card. The loyalty card will only be valid at the issuing salon whose name appears on the loyalty card. 

3. The loyalty card holder will receive stamps on the loyalty card in accordance with the points value set out on the loyalty card where the Serioxyl products which class as qualifying purchases are also set out. Full priced qualifying Serioxyl products are: Serioxyl Fuller Hair Kit for Natural Thinning Hair which includes: • Shampoo 250ml • Conditioner 250ml • Mousse 125ml Serioxyl Denser Hair 90ml Serioxyl Thicker Hair 90ml Please ask your issuing salon for details of qualifying purchases and points if you are not sure whether a product or product(s) you wish to purchase will qualify for a stamp, so you can be sure to be eligible for the rewards you expect. 4. Once the card holder has collected twelve stamps (dated by the professional hairdresser in your salon) they will be entitled to receive a reward, which will be chosen at the discretion of the individual salon and written by that salon on the loyalty card. 5. Only one loyalty card per person. Each participating salon has a limited supply of 500 loyalty cards. Loyalty cards are subject to availability, only available whilst stocks last and issued at the sole discretion of each participating salon. The L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme is open until a long stop end date of 31st December 2015 but the closing date is at the sole discretion of each participating salon that may stipulate an earlier closing date on the loyalty card. Any entitlement to any rewards earned during the L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme must be exercised within two months of receiving their last and qualifying stamp (and by the long stop closing date if it is earlier).

10. There are no alternative free products or cash substitutes and no change will be given. 

11. It is the on us of the participating L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl stockist salons and their employees to verify the customer is eligible to collect and redeem in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to make clear what the qualifying purchases are and what the eligible rewards are. 

12. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

13. The Promoters’ reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond their reasonable control.

10. For successful submissions only, L'Oréal Professionnel will also refund the cost of postage if you enclose a proof of postage receipt and use the Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class Stamp method of posting for a small or medium package. You will be refunded the cost of postage up to the value of (i) £7.50 for UK and Channel Islands residents or (ii) €8.25 for Republic of Ireland residents based on an equivalent method of posting.
