L’OREAL PROFESSIONNEL GO TO YOUR HAIR PRO CAMPAIGN

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion is open to all UK and ROI residents only aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal group or Valassis employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
  2. L’Oréal will provide a £10 cashback when you spend £70 or more in a UK participating L’Oréal stockist salon on in-salon service(s) which must include one colour service OR a €10 cashback when you spend €70 or more in a ROI participating L’Oréal stockist salon on in-salon service(s) which must include one colour service, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  3. There are a limited number of salons participating so travel may be required. See the L'Oréal Professionnel Salon Locator for a list of participating UK or ROI L’Oréal stockist salons. Book early to avoid disappointment.
  4. Redemptions are subject to availability. There are 27,000 claim registrations available in the UK, and 3,000 claim registrations available in the ROI.
  5. You must pre-register by fully completing the online form found at gotoyourhairpro.lorealprofessionnel.co.uk/ukregister for UK residents or gotoyourhairpro.lorealprofessionnel.co.uk/roiregister for ROI residents between 00.01 on 1 July 2021 and 23:59 on 15 August 2021. Subject to availability. If you are successful, you will receive an email (within 3 working days) to confirm that you have successfully registered
  6. Following pre-registration, you should contact a participating salon directly to book your appointment (via phone or email or otherwise).
  7. Participating salons are listed on the L’Oréal Professionnel Salon Locator when filtered by GO TO YOUR HAIR PRO SALONS search filter.
  8. Subject to availability of appointments and opening hours (which may be different to the usual opening hours of a salon owing to the COVID-19 pandemic).
  9. You must visit a participating salon for your in-salon service(s) and your appointment must take place between 00.01 on 1 July 2021 and 23:59 on 15 September 2021.
  10. You must spend £70 or more (UK) or €70 or more (ROI) in one transaction (shown on one transactional receipt) on in-salon services, total amount as shown on one receipt.
  11. You should ensure that you have followed any required health and safety measures for your appointment, for example, an allergy alert test.
  12. To redeem your cashback, you must click on the claim link which will be contained in the pre-registration email you received. You should complete your submission (by fully completing and submitting the form and uploading a scanned/electronic copy of your transaction receipt) by 23:59 on 15 September 2021. The proof of purchase receipt provided by the participating salon that you visited must feature: The date of the in-Salon service(s); Salon Name; Salon Address; and total value of the transaction. The receipt can be provided by the relevant participating salon via card machine, physically written or as normally provided by the relevant salon in its usual course of business (for example, via email).
  13. The email address used when completing your claim submission must be the same email address that you submitted when completing your pre-registration.
  14. You must complete the submission process set out at point 12 above between 00.01 on 1 July 2021 and 23:59 on 15 September 2021. Any submissions received outside of this period will be rejected.
  15. Submissions for this cashback which do not include the items listed at point 12 above may be rejected. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.Proof of submitting a submission for pre-registration or a cash-back submission online will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for delayed submissions/forms and/or their contents.
  16. Valassis Limited (as the administrator of this promotion on behalf of L’Oréal) will provide the reimbursement via bank transfer to the account details provided at the time of submission.
  17. L’Oréal will be responsible for the cost of paying the refund to you.
  18. Once you have completed the submission form, Valassis Limited will confirm whether your claim has been successful within 3 working days. If it has, your refund payment will be processed by Valassis Limited within 7-10 working days. When you receive payment, it will show as from ‘Valassis Ltd’
  19. Only one registration and redemption per person. Claims with duplicate details (such as duplicate payment information and/or email address or otherwise) will be rejected.
  20. This cash-back promotion does not affect your statutory rights.
  21. All personal details will be deleted 30 days after the end of the closing date.
  22. L’Oréal reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
  23. By registering for pre-registration and/or making a claim submission you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
  24. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
